BIO/DESCRIPTION: Zulaika delights in teaching this joyous, expressive art form to others. She brings to her students articulate instruction, a strong dance technique, cultural aesthetics, and the expressive, emotive qualities of the dance. Zulaika's career in Middle Eastern Dance spans 30 years. She studied under Cassandra Shore of Minneapolis and many internationally known master teachers. She was a soloist at Arabic restaurants and weddings, a founding member of Jawaahir Dance Company, and taught beginner - advance students at the Cassandra School.
